Hello, I'm Caroline.

As a CNM-qualified health coach, I help ambitious women in their 40s, 50s and beyond reclaim their health — and build the energy, strength and clarity to fully enjoy the life they've worked hard to create.

I know this territory personally.

Going into my 40s, despite a successful career in senior finance, I felt anything but well. I was exhausted, gaining weight, plagued by aches and a persistent flatness I couldn't shake. Anxiety had become my default setting. Things that should have brought me joy had started to feel like obligations. My hormones were disrupted, my stress was chronic, and the way I was eating and moving was quietly working against me. I could see the trajectory I was on and I knew I needed to change course.

So I did. Gradually, deliberately, and with growing fascination. As I began making small, consistent changes, I discovered just how profoundly daily habits shape how we feel. That curiosity became a passion, and that passion became a profession.

I trained with the College of Naturopathic Medicine, completing a rigorous 12-month diploma accredited by the PCUK; 740 hours of lectures, tutorials, independent study, exams and observed coaching sessions. It gave me the clinical grounding to complement what I'd learned through lived experience.

Today, I bring both to every client I work with.
