About me

Hello, I’m Caroline, a CNM-certified health coach.

I help women to take back control of their health and build the bodies and minds that they want.

I’m a 46-year-old mum of two based in the South of England.

Originally a senior manager in the finance sector, I stopped working when I had my second child.

Going into my 40s I felt awful. I was always tired, I was gaining weight, I had lots of aches and pains and I just felt flat, grey, anxious and grumpy most of the time. Things that should have been a pleasure became a chore. My hormones were in a mess, I was stressed and I was not eating or moving in ways that supported my health. I knew I needed to make changes so I began to listen to podcasts and read about health. Slowly but surely I began to make changes. Over time, I became fascinated by how my small daily choices added up to a big impact on how I felt.

Feeling great enables me to fully enjoy my life now and also feel positive about aging. As an older mum, I want to do all I can to ensure I am fit and healthly, to be fully and joyfully present for my children now, and to take care of my grandchildren one day.

I have developed my personal experience and passion for health by completing a diploma in health coaching with the College of Naturopathic Medicine.

I love putting my qualification and experience to use to help and support women to live healthier, happier lives.

I sought Caroline’s support to help improve my energy levels. Her calm and gentle approach immediately put me at ease. She really listened and helped me clearly articulate what I needed support with.

What is health coaching?

Health coaching is a one-to-one, holistic approach to improving your health and wellbeing. It’s about supporting you to make manageable, long-term changes that lead to better physical and mental health.

There is no one approach - instead, we work collaboratively to understand your health looking at your habits, nutrition, movement, sleep and lifestyle. It is likely that there are many small things that together are impacting on how you feel day to day. I will work with you to bring clarity and tailored support to make changes that will be sustainable.

Whether it’s poor sleep, unbalanced blood sugar, weight gain, energy levels, stress or hormones - my role is to provide guidance, support and solutions that help you address cause, rather than apply a sticking plaster. We will look at:

  • Nutrition - suggestions for changes that could be made to your meals, snacks and drinks including easy food swaps

  • Fitness - guidance about different types of exercise and what to prioritise

  • Sleep - support around sleep habits to help you get more, better quality sleep

  • Stress - strategies for coping with life’s stresses, helping you to calm your nervous system and balance cortisol

  • Habits - what is holding you back? What small changes can we make that have a big impact?
