My standard health coaching package is perfect if you want to feel supported as you work towards your health goals.
This package includes 5 sessions.
The first session is a 75-minute onboarding session. We spend time getting to know you and your health, as well as discussing what you want to get out of your coaching.
We will run through a detailed health questionnaire and look at your current health and habits.
Together, we will set your initial health goals which will be manageable and fit in around your life and capabilities.
We will then meet every two weeks, for 45 minutes.
At these ongoing sessions we will review your progress against your health goals, check in with how you are feeling and set further goals.
I will be available between sessions for quick questions.
